Our business was founded on the belief that effective, high-quality training is absolutely essential for a successful operation. Targeted training that empowers associates to learn real-world skills and gives them the confidence and know-how they need is how we have earned an outstanding reputation meeting our clients training needs.
To date we have trained over 8,000 people, and we are also a State of Michigan, Licensed Proprietary School. We have delivered customized training classes for a variety of automation systems and robots which include: Fanuc, ABB, Nachi, Kawasaki, Motoman, and Kuka, as well as Allen-Bradley and other peripheral equipment which span a multitude of applications such as: material handling, welding, sealants, water-jet and laser cutting, polishing and deburring, vision systems, conveyance systems up to entire cell systems.

Our curriculum is developed in-house, clearly written, in an easy to understand format, despite tackling even the most complex technologies.
Course Customization: Training is a significant investment, but by concentrating our curriculum around your facilities' specific applications and programs, we ensure the training is on target and specific to the needs of your personnel. Our instructor and curriculum flexibility allow us to do customized training rather then offer ineffective, generic "canned courses".
Because we are not an OEM, this is your advantage. How? As we are not affiliated with any robot or controls equipment makers, our training is unbiased, which is very important. We will cover all aspects of your system, including technical concerns most companies would not discuss. This is the difference between a dedicated training company, and an equipment manufacturer. Our goal is to ensure your staff is familiar and comfortable with maintaining the system to its maximum potential.
Today's production needs demand flexibility: We understand this. To accommodate our customers in scheduling training, and curriculum, we can travel to your facility to provide instruction on production equipment, or use our mobile training equipment throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico and can work any shift and even holidays. Alternatively, training can be conducted at Valentine Robotics facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan, where we offer several open-enrollment courses from one student or many.
