This technology was only available in Europe and Asia until April of 2007.
Using Non–contact, high speed laser scanning, Disc Brake assemblies can be 100% inspected. Claas has delivered systems of this type throughout Europe and Asia, and will deliver complete turn-key systems. Valentine Robotics, provides sales, installation assistance, support, and training on these technologies throughout North America.

- 3 Sensors for Axial Features top, bottom, and Radial features
Applications:
Laser Measuring inspection characteristics:
- Special laser-point sensors on a C-frame for measuing highly percise features on the surface
- Laser line sensors for measuring all other features which are not detectable with point line sensors
